Southampton Jobs - Field Sales Executive -
This vacancy is being advertised on behallf of Pay Monthly 2 Recruit who are operating as an employment agency.
A well established company specialising in the manufacture and sale of quality signs are looking for field sales executives.
Summary of functions:
-To generate new business by ‘face to face’ meetings and via telephone.
-To carry out site surveys, produce detailed descriptions of customer’s requirements, including accurate dimensions.
-To cost up jobs and prepare quotations.
-To liaise with other members of staff to ensure all information is produced correctly.
-To maintain existing clients by ‘face to face’ meetings and via telephone.
-To follow up incoming enquiries.
-To maintain accurate call reports.
Key responsibilities:
-To act in a professional and responsible manner at all times.
-To accurately produce quotations and job sheets.
-To research, target and contact new clients.
-To build up relationships with all clients and maximise sales and opportunities.
-To be well presented at all times.

Southampton Jobs - Sales and Service Advisor -
Working as part of a busy team in a very busy environment, you will be dealing with a variety of calls assisting customers with queries regarding their credit card accounts.
Key responsibilities and duties:
•Understanding the customer’s individual needs and delivering a professional response are fundamental to the role.
•You will answer queries from customers calling the centre ranging from, ‘what’s my balance’ to ‘I’ve lost my card’ and “my card will not work”.
•You will also be introducing a range of Lloyds TSB products, for example, balance transfers or payment protection. Warm leads are then passed on to Sales Advisors. Please note that this is not hard-selling, nor is it cold-calling - it is offering a full service to Lloyds TSB customers who have called to speak with you.
•In addition you will receive calls from Lloyds TSB Branches to help answer queries.
•Full training will be given, 2 weeks classroom training and 3 weeks in a work support group with a mentor.

•Basic keyboard skills
•Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner

Robert Half Finance and Accounting is currently recruiting a Senior Client Accounts Officer to work live and work in Jersey for a trust management company. The role has come about due to succession planning and promotion and recent expansion of their portfolio of clients.
The successful Senior Client Accounts Officer will be Qualified or Part Qualified ACCA with extensive experience in accounts preparation. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients preparing company/trust accounts, VAT returns, tax returns and other management reports as required by the client. A background in investment/trust accounting is ideal but not essential. My client is looking for a candidate with strong IT skills - particularly Excel, the ability to maintain accuracy and performance under pressure and a good team player who is able to communicate across all levels.
As Senior Client Accounts Officer you can expect a salary between £30,000 and £35,000 pa. plus tax and company benefits. You will be required to attend a preliminary interview at our offices in Southampton in the first instance.
