The role would involve:
*Maintaining and updating staff pension records
*Taking queries via the telephone
*Producing reports for leavers and transfers
*Producing quotes for retirement
The hours of work will be between 8 and 6 Monday to Friday
The sucessful applicants will need:
*Proven pensions and benefits experience
*Strong customer service skills
*Strong administration skills
*GCSE Maths and English grade C or above (or equivalent)

Poole Jobs - Quality Assurance Nurse
Excellent opportunity for a highly qualified and skilled registered general nurse. The role will be within a large Nursing and Residential home that caters for general care of the elderly up to level 4 with some EMI. The job will be to oversee the rest of the nursing staff in terms of compliance and quality assurance. You will oversee and monitor all care plans and generally ensure the highest level of care is delivered at all times. You will also conduct risk assessments and will need to liaise with all external organisations such as CSCI, hospitals, doctors etc.
The hours can be flexible but suggested are Monday to Friday 9 to 5 with no weekends or oncall duties.
The ideal candidate must have excellent clinical skills as well as the experience within the elderly Client group. Experience at a senior level within a nursing home would be a definite advantage. You must have a very high level knowledge of all CSCI policies and procedures as well as the ability to carry out risk assessments and to write care plans. Ideally you will have management and leadership skills and experience. You must be approachable and confident with ideally a diplomatic nature.
